My mom and I were coming through town on our vacation. Very warm staff reception from the moment we came in through the door. Great food and server was warm and receptive. Would love to come back again. Great classic American breakfast.

Great find. Cottonwood has several breakfast options. We have tried 4 of them, and now we add a 5th. It is the best so far. This is an old-school breakfast and lunch diner. Sticking to the standard breakfast offerings and nailing them makes a statement. They also have some creative options as well(chili verde omelet) . Huge omelets and great homefries. Cherry and the rest of the wait staff made us feel welcome.Georgie's Cafe sets the standard for others to shoot for.

Excellent local restaurant. Not pretentious down home breakfast. The potatoes were little dry, but still edible. Haven't tried lunch or dinner but hoping to do it later. Sandy the waitress was excellent, very friendly and seems to know customers by name

This was definitely the spot we needed!Completely satisfied that urge for a classic diner breakfast without having to go to a disappointing restaurant chain.The service we received from Sandy was excellent, she was attentive and helpful, great with suggestions and making you feel comfortable.The kitchen did a wonderful job on all of our food, we really appreciated how quickly it came out, and the quality of what was served.If you’re traveling through Cottonwood definitely worth stopping at Georgie’s Cafe!

I've lived in Clarkdale, Az a little over a year now and pass George's daily. I finally decided to stop by for breakfast and found the atmosphere dated. Service was good and the food and menu options were plentiful and reasonable in price. I did feel a little out of place as most of the clientele were older Caucasian seniors.

JMJ...posted Wednesday, 26 September 2018. Homey atmosphere. The menu has a HUGE selection! The waitstaff were very friendly. My order of pancakes was a serving of three plate sized pancakes. They were tasty as any homecooked pancakes could be. The meals ordered by my three friends looked very good. I can't wait to return so that I can try the Eggs Benedict. Pricing is competitive and the portions are large. Great restaurant to leisurely enjoy a very good meal. Returned Tuesday, October 9 October 2018 for the Georgie's version on Eggs Benedict. The main dish with a side of hashbrowns was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!

Definetly recomend this place for breakfast! Monday morning, 8:30ish, not too busy, place over half full and our group of 4 got in right away. Staff was all over it! We were seated, watered, juiced, coffee'd, questions answered & orders in before ya knew it! ( Terry, Thank-you! Your the best!)I had my usual go-to breakfast, Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs. It did not disappoint and their spin on hash browns is definitely something you gotta try!This is a keeper and is now on the list of go-to's whenever we're in the area!
